RRRRR
The five R’s in this multiplayer game stand for “reduce, recycle, repair, reuse, and refurbish.” As such, RRRRR is a digital game that teaches people how to create sustainability with a circular economy. The players in the game all stand in as cell phone users, and the objective is for everyone to use cell phones in such a way that as few of them as possible end up in landfill. I did all the illustration, animation and graphic design, and some of the UX design for this game. This is one of my favorite projects I’ve ever worked on, because it was a rare chance to use both my visual art and design skills to build an entire interactive system of images and animations. It is currently on display at the Futurium in Berlin.
